Check your awards and transcript in the SLS Hub

You'll need: your SLS Hub login. About 2 minutes.

  1. Open My Awards

SLS Hub › Dashboard › Education

Log in at hub.sls.com.au (opens in a new tab). No account yet, or forgot your login? See Log in to the SLS Hub.

On the Dashboard, find the Education card and tap View All. The card also counts your active awards and any that expire in the next 60 days.

The SLS Hub Dashboard. The Education card shows a ring chart with sample counts of active awards and awards expiring in 60 days, and award types below. Its View All link is circled in red.
  2. Read your awards list

    Education › My Awards

Each row is one award. Award Date is when you first got it. Proficiency Date is the last time you were signed off.

Expiry Date is when the award stops being current. Most patrolling awards run out on 31 December each year, so do your SMC before then. First Aid stays current for 3 years.

The My Awards table for a sample member, with columns Award Name, Award Type, Award Date, Proficiency Date, Expiry Date and Originating Organisation. The Expiry Date column is circled in red: two awards end 31/12/2026, and two older ones have already expired.
  3. Look for a red i

    My Awards › Expiry Date

A red i next to an expiry date is a warning. Tap it to read it: “Expires in 60 Days: Contact Club to Renew”.

For most awards, renewing means doing your SMC. See the SMC page.

Close-up of the Expiry Date column. Two dates of 31/12/2026 have a red i beside them, and the note “Expires in 60 Days: Contact Club to Renew” is showing. This area is circled in red.
  4. See awards in progress

    Education › Awards/Proficiencies in Progress

Tap the Awards/Proficiencies in Progress tab. It lists assessments that are still under way, with the proposed date, the assessment and its status.

It says No Data Available if you have none.

The Awards/Proficiencies in Progress tab, circled in red. The table has columns Proposed Date, Assessment, Assessment Type and Status, and says No Data Available.
  5. Print a transcript

    Education › My Awards

Need a copy of all your awards? On My Awards, tap Print a Transcript at the top right.

The My Awards page with the dark Print a Transcript button circled in red, above the awards table.
  6. Something wrong or missing?

    Club office

If an award or date looks wrong, email enquiries@ncslsc.com with the award's name.
