What this site collects about you
Nothing that identifies you. You never sign in, and there are no forms on this site.
What stays on your device
- Steps you tick, and the link you copy to resume later. They are saved in your browser only and never sent to us.
- To clear them, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
How we count visits
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- We also keep simple totals: links clicked to the SLS Hub, eTrainu and Jotform; searches that found nothing; steps ticked; and visits from printed QR codes. Totals only, never who.
- Fonts and images are served from this site, so your visit is not shared with Google or other third parties.
When you register for a course
- You register on the club’s Jotform form. Jotform passes your name, email, course and any parent or guardian email to the club’s HubSpot account so we can email you about your course.
- Course details are removed from HubSpot 12 months after your course. You can unsubscribe from course emails at any time.
- Your SLS membership, awards and eLearning are held by Surf Life Saving Australia, not by this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information the club holds about you, or ask us to delete it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, and the same requests work if you live in the EU or UK.
