Prepare your TAF currency form

Use the official TAF Currency Form – WA. This guide helps you prepare and submit the form and evidence; it does not calculate eligibility or convert hours into points.

  1. Check your awards

    In SLS Hub › Awards, note the T/A/F awards you use. Note the surf awards you must keep proficient.

  2. Complete the official form

    Get TAF Currency Form – WA from the SLS Hub document library. Record your activities and annual in-service.

    • Activities: date, T/A/F role, award/topic, activity type, actual hours and evidence
    • In-service: date, place and presenter

  3. Attach your evidence

    Attach your Hub hours export and other attendance records. Hours do not convert directly to points.

  4. Email the form and evidence

    Send both to the Lifesaving & Education Admin Officer at assessment@ncslsc.com.

    Finish check: form and evidence sent by 10 December.
