How to get it
Step 1: Prepare
Do the IRB Driver eLearning.
Step 2: Do the course
Weekend sessions plus maintenance nights. Come to more than 90% of them.
Step 3: Assessment
An IRB Driver assessor who didn’t train you, and one from another club.
Step 4: Keep it current
Each season: 4 eLearning modules and an IRB Crew check, with an IRB assessor.
